A possible near future where climate change has melted the polar ice caps and the ocean level has risen. The coastal lands are flooded and people must move inland. For some it is a opportunity to scavenge the lost costal cities for goods. One of these scavengers has remodeled a light house as their make shift home to rest until its time to go find more treasure.
